Ability Network. Ability Network is a Missouri provider of services and supports for individuals of all ages and all levels of ability. Their staff provides therapy and education in natural, inclusive environments such as homes, schools, and community settings.

First Steps Services. First Steps Services is Missouri’s early intervention system for infants and toddlers with special needs. First Steps offers coordinated services and assistance to young children with special needs and their families. First Steps is designed for children, birth to age 3, who have delayed development or diagnosed conditions that are associated with developmental disabilities.

Child & Family Connections. Child and Family Connections is part of a statewide system responsible for ensuring that all referrals of children under the age of three to the Early Intervention Services System receive a timely response. Early Intervention provides services for children with disabilities or at-risk conditions. Children diagnosed with Down syndrome will be eligible for early intervention services.
