Willows Way Project Heart
Project HEART provides stimulating, person-centered health education classes, skills training and resource information to people with developmental disabilities and those supporting them. Monthly training classes focus on health related topics, such as cooking and nutrition, exercising, personal hygiene, depression management, relationships and problem solving.
The Project HEART philosophy is that each of us learns best by doing and having fun at the same time. Each class is designed for everyone to participate, not just sit and listen.
